Standard soft stop for smooth gate movement

In combination with the control board the SLIM operator stops in both directions at reduced speed. This enables a harmonic gate movement and prevents damage on the operator mechanical parts and on the gate.

Self-locking spindle for maximum stability

The self- locking properties of the solid stainless steel spindle increases the protection against the dangerous and unauthorized "pressing" of the gate. The otherwise required e-locks for the end positions can be omitted.

High-quality materials for long-term operation

The materials used in the entire operator - such as aluminum and stainless steel -ensure trouble-free operation for many years to go. Unlike the open hydraulic systems,  by installing a SLIM motor you can completely forget the tedious fiddling with the oil.

Limit switches

The Slim SLR and Slim CLR operators are supplied with two proximity limit switches, mounted on the operators' underside. They can very easily be continuously adjusted and locked without any tools.

Comfortable emergency release

All the SLIM motors are equipped with a release system to open and close the gate manually in case of power failure. A ring on the push rod ensures interlocking power transfer and correct positioning after emergency release.

Smart Plug & Play controls for maximum operating comfort

The SLIM operator is combined with an especially designed microprocessor control. The main focus of all our controllers is the easy setting of all functional processes.

ARS Automatic Reversal System for maximum safety

The modern technology in 12V DC enables the automatic reversing system ARS. If the gate encounters an obstacle, the SLIM operator stops immediately and reverses automatically. This corresponds to the highest level of security (tested and certified by TÜV Süd).
